I agree that I am 18+: Yes

B O D Y;  physical looks, traits, style of dress.
Torin is a tall man, of six feet, three inches. he has warm brown skin, a scattering of freckles across his face and body. He is a well built man, though lean he manages to put on enough muscle mass to show that he means business. Despite his thirty four years, he manages to look at least ten years younger. His hair is dark brown and long enough to fall down his back, though he usually keeps it braided and away, he also has a small beard and moustache and rather bold eyebrows.

His clothing choices are simple, yet almost always made out of good fabrics that befit his status.

M I N D;  psyche, personality, general mentality.
A kind, calm man who has more patience than most, yet doesn't like to endure idiots. He can be seen as reserved, but he makes friends easily and often gives off the sort of feeling a favourite big brother might, to those in need of his aid. He is far quicker to laugh, than he is to anger and doesn't understand why one would betray their family or fight just to fight.

S K I L L S;  talents, powers, magics.
Being half elf and half Nymph has left Torin with many advantages over humans, the ability to talk to plant spirits, even if they hide themselves, to send messages via them through the trees, to run swiftly as the wind, excellent vision and hearing, he can even sing. His magic, and he does have some, is primarily of the natural variety.

H I S T O R Y; times that made them, that broke them.
Born in the city of Norwood, at his family's keep to two elven parents and a nymph, he was the fifth child and the fourth boy. A most unwelcome edition, though being one of the eldest children he could have been considered one of the lucky ones. Even though their family had to hunt for or buy most of their food, because what needed to be grown couldn't always take root, he and his brothers were quite good hunters and their father taught them to forage as well so they were never too hungry and their education did not lack. Affection could. It was easy come, easy go and there was little warning as to why or when this would happen.

He learnt to keep to himself and his brothers, opting to spend all his time aside from lessons and sleep just about in the forests around his mother's lands, improving his survival skills. Despite his parents random cold shoulder and then affection suddenly method of raising children, Torin was still genuinely surprised when he found himself one night before the pirates were said to be raiding Norwood tossed out onto the street with several of his brothers, from his elder brothers in their early twenties, to his littlest at the time, a mere eleven years old, their possessions in rucksacks and a few gold coins a piece, but nothing more. to fend for themselves, or like some offering.

That was when he decided to go see if he could find a young man, a Lord who might know where to find him work. Only, it was a long way south. He found his younger brothers a place to stay, and what happened to his elder brothers he wasn't clear on but hoped they would be safe enough. He was seventeen at the time. Since then, he spent most of his time with, or working for Tamus Goldwyne, watching his back like a bodyguard, being his friend, teaching him how not to snap every single twig in a forest when he walked through it and attempting to do the impossible in keeping him out of danger.

S A M P L E; taste test of your character.
It was late when they arrived into the city, yet there was still noise, laughter, trouble, joy, pain, all of it echoed around the forest of stone and mudbrick. He never had quite understood why people favoured cities over the forest, but he supposed nature was never that far away, and it was bearable because of that.

By the time they found the Goldwyne manor and finished unpacking, it was morning and he had heard about Tam's injury. He frowned. He would have to see him, soon, but he had no reason he could convince the guards to let him into the castle so he waited outside the castle gates.
